Linda has over 25 years experience in the Information Technology field, with emphasis in training, consulting, project management, and course development. Prior to founding in August of 2002, Linda worked more than two decades at Highmark Blue Shield in the Information Systems training area. She also taught at Central Penn Business School.

Linda’s current responsibilities include contract administration, human resources, benefits administration, payroll, billing, and federal contract security clearances.

Linda holds a B.S. degree in Business Education from Shippensburg University.

Tracy Etter has over 30 years experience in the IT industry.

Tracy's extensive experience in sales, marketing, and recruiting has earned him a prominent reputation in the Information Technology industry in central Pennsylvania. Tracy began his recruiting and sales career with Solution Technologies, Inc., followed by account executive positions with Metro Information Services and Keane, Inc. Tracy is responsible for account management, contract administration, and financial administration.

Tracy attended Shippensburg University.


Andy Masson joined in 2006, and is responsible for account management and client/employee relations.

For seven years prior to joining , Andy worked for TEKsystems, Inc. as a senior recruiter and account manager.

Andy holds a B.A. in Business and Marketing from Robert Morris University.


Craig Cappelli joined in 2007, and is responsible for account management and client/employee relations.

Craig has 8 years experience within the IT industry, with expertise in recruiting and account management.

Craig earned a B.A. in Public Administration from Shippensburg University.


Michael joined in 2008, with more than nine years of full lifecycle recruiting experience.

For four years, Michael worked with a start up company in the Harrisburg area where he and the managing partner grew the organization to over 100 consultants in the Harrisburg Market.

Michael is a graduate of The Pennsylvania State University, and holds a Bachelors Degree in Management from the Smeal College of Business.


Angela joined in 2007, and is responsible for building relationships and recruiting technical professionals in central Pennsylvania.

Angela began her recruiting career in 2005 as a data mining specialist for Augustine, Inc., and as a sourcing specialist for Arcus.

Angela holds a B.A. in Communications and Public Relations from the University of Pittsburgh at Johnstown.

Ali joined in 2007, with more than seven years of experience in the recruiting industry. Her background combines both client management and full life cycle recruiting in areas within IT staffing, executive and direct placement, as well as research and intelligence.

Ali graduated from The Pennsylvania State University with a Bachelors Degree in Organizational/Industrial Psychology.


Bill joined in August 2009 with more than 25 years of IT consulting industry experience. Bill is responsible for client and employee relations, human resources administration, and project management. With emphasis in analysis and development, database administration, training, business analysis, technical architecture, project management, account and staff management, Bill has worked with a variety of technologies including IBM mainframe environments, client-server, and web-based applications such as PeopleSoft.

Prior to joining , Bill worked in several roles such as Consultant, Account Manager, and Staff Manager for PeopleSoft Inc., Rite Aid, Solution Technologies, Computer Task Group, and Apex IT.

Bill holds a B. S. degree in Computer Science from Millersville State College.
