Linda Etter, President President’s Message

Linda has nearly 35 years’ experience in the Information Technology field.  Prior to founding e&e in August of 2002, Linda worked more than two decades at Highmark Blue Shield in the Information Systems training area.  She also taught at Central Penn Business School.  Linda manages contract administration, human resources, benefits administration, payroll, billing, and federal contract security clearances.  Linda holds a B.S. degree in Business Education from Shippensburg University.  An avid animal lover, she enjoys travel, music, and spending time with family and friends.


Mark Melnyk, Service Delivery Director 

Mark Melnyk joined e&e in 2014, and is responsible for service delivery and developing new business opportunities.  Mark’s focus is on daily business operations and expanding e&e’s staffing business opportunities, growing our partner based business, competing on proposal based business and expanding project based engagements.

Mark has 32 years’ experience within the IT industry working for EDS and Computer Aid, Inc., with expertise in application software development, database management systems, business process reengineering, consulting, managing large software integration projects and teams, program management, and business development.

Mark earned a B.A. in Computer Applications from Pennsylvania State University.  He enjoys traveling and spending time with his family, hunting, camping, skiing, and golfing.


Chris Bushey, Chief Financial Officer 

Chris joined e&e in 2014 and currently serves as the Chief Financial Officer.  He is responsible for financial planning and analysis, financial reporting, and the overall financial management of the company.

Prior to joining e&e, Chris spent several years with a public accounting firm working with the audit, tax, and business advisory teams.  He is a certified public accountant and a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants.  Chris earned a B.S.B.A. in accounting from Shippensburg University.  Outside of work, Chris enjoys golfing, traveling, and spending time with his wife, Maddie, and son, Owen.


Maureen Nye, Director of Administration 

Maureen joined the e&e team in 2015 with over 31 years of professional experience in financial budgeting, strategic forecast planning, and contract cost proposals, and office management.  As e&e’s Director of Administration, she has an excellent reputation for organization, leadership, and achieving goals and objectives.  Her current responsibilities include contract administration, payroll, billing, employee benefit support, federal contract security clearances, and office management. Maureen studied at Harrisburg Area Community College and completed specialized training in management, finance, and leadership.  She enjoys gardening, cooking, and spending every minute of free time with her husband, friends, and family.


Andrew Masson, Account Manager

An aspiring professional soccer player/golfer turned account manager, Andy joined e&e in January 2006. He is responsible for all aspects of business development within the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania and private sector clients. Andy has been in the IT consulting industry for 14 plus years, and has previously worked for a global organization that specialized in full life cycle IT recruiting. Andy resides in the Cumberland Valley school district with his wife, Wendy, and their four children. He holds a Bachelor’s degree, in Business Management, from Robert Morris University.


Craig Cappelli, Account Manager

Craig joined e&e in 2007, and is responsible for account management and client/employee relations. Craig’s focus has been within the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania where he has helped e&e to partner on some very high profile projects. Craig has delivery responsibilities and oversees consultants within these current accounts.
Craig has 16 years’ experience within the IT industry, with expertise in recruiting, account management, and business development. Craig earned a B.A. in Public Administration from Shippensburg University. He enjoys travelling, spending time with his family, and attending his kids’ soccer games and theatre events.


Mitchell Morrill, Account Manager  

Mitch joined e&e in November 2010 as a Technical Recruiter. He is responsible for all aspects of the recruiting life cycle. His main focus is recruiting on positions for the Commonwealth of PA and Federal Government. Mitch has 6 years’ experience within the IT industry working in recruiting and Account Management. He is a former Officer in the PA Army National Guard with 11 years of service which provides him the leadership and skills to complete any task at hand. Mitch earned a B.S. in Criminal Justice from Shippensburg University. In his free time, Mitch enjoys golfing and spending time with his family.


Angela Yeager, Director of Recruiting 

Angela graduated from the University of Pittsburgh at Johnstown in 2005 and joined e&e IT Consulting in the winter of 2007.  She had done traditional head-hunting and sourcing before joining the e&e team.  Angela was mentored by her Account Managers and quickly learned that building long-term relationships was the key to success in the IT recruiting field.  As a mentor, Angela loves to support the e&e team.   She and her husband welcomed a daughter to their family in the summer of 2015.

 


Michael Lane, Senior Technical Recruiter

Mike joined e&e in April of 2008, with more than 12 years’ of full lifecycle recruiting experience. Michael is a graduate of The Pennsylvania State University, and holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Management from the Smeal College of Business. Mike likes to lift weights and spend time with his family.

 

 

 

 

 


Alecia Justice, Senior Technical Recruiter

Alecia joined e&e in 2012 as a Technical Recruiter.  Alecia earned her B.A. in Communications and Public Relations from The Pennsylvania State University which has contributed to her success as a Recruiter.  She enjoys networking with local IT talent in hopes of placing them in their next career.  She enjoys a glass of good wine, cooking, and spending time with friends, family and her beloved Rhodesian Ridgeback, Rosie.

 

 

 


Jennifer McCullough, Associate Technical Recruiter

Jenny joined e&e in early 2012 as a Junior Recruiter. She gave assistance to the team from database maintenance and onboarding paperwork, to resume sourcing and initial phone screenings. From there, she grew into the role of a full lifecycle recruiter and continues to provide support to her team. Jenny graduated from Shippensburg University in 2009 and earned herself Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management. In her spare time, Jenny enjoys sneaking off to the beach for a little fun in the sun, where she hopes to retire one day!

 


Patrick Light, Associate Technical Recruiter

Pat joined e&e in January of 2014 as an Associate Recruiter. He started his career in sales but quickly realized that recruiting was the best fit for his personality. Being able to build relationships and help talented IT professionals find careers is really what drives Pat. He is one of the few out-of-staters on staff being from Ohio. Pat received his B.A. in Political Science from Ohio University. In his free time, Pat enjoys golfing, hiking, spending time with his family and friends and occasionally tearing it up on the dance floor.

 

 


Ella Stankiewicz, Associate Technical Recruiter

Ella joined e&e in the spring of 2015 as a junior technical recruiter.  Her day consists of reviewing resumes, reaching out & developing relationships with candidates, and conducting interviews. Ella graduated from Shippensburg University in May 2013 with a B.A. in Communications & minor in Business Management. In her free time, Ella enjoys running/training for races, photography and spending time with family & friends.

 

 

 


Haley Latcheran, Recruiting Support Specialist 

Haley began working for e&e in the spring of 2015 to help maintain the database. Since then, she has transitioned into a recruiting support specialist. Her day consists of sourcing resumes for current and proactive positions. She graduated from Shippensburg University in May of 2015 with a B.A. in Marketing. In her spare time, Haley enjoys spending time with family, friends, and her cat, Sebastian. She also enjoys visiting local wineries, shopping, and traveling when she has the chance.

 

 


Jennifer Mitchell, Human Resource Associate 

Jen began working for e&e in the Spring of 2016.  She came to e&e from New York with experience in Immigration matters and nearly every facet of HR.  Jen earned her B.S. in Business Management with a concentration in Human Resource Management from SUNY Empire State College.  She is currently pursuing her Master of Professional Studies (MPS) in Human Resources and Employment Relations at The Pennsylvania State University.

Jen spends her day fielding employee questions, supporting the recruiters and account managers, and acting as central point of contact for all immigration related topics.  In her free time Jen enjoys spending time with her family and furbabies.  She and her family like to explore State Parks by hiking, swimming, and fishing.

 


Zoey, Office Dog Find me on Facebook

Zoey joined the e&e team in the fall of 2011. When not playing ball or snoozing in Linda’s office, her duties include cleaning the floors, patrolling the office, and most importantly, boosting team morale. A graduate of Beginner and Intermediate Education programs at PetSmart, Zoey loves any and all adventures, especially when treats are involved.  Her favorite pastimes are going for walks, chasing squirrels, and hanging out with her family and canine friends.
