e&e is constantly searching for top technical talent! If you know a person that you believe would be a great fit, refer them to e&e and you could earn $1,000 per candidate.
Program FAQ
Who is eligible to submit a referral?
- All employees and non-employees except internal e&e recruiters, account managers, HR Staff, and external 3rd party staffing agencies.
- Submit referral form posted on the website.
Payment Terms
- Non-employees complete W9 Form
- Two payments
- $500.00 upon start date.
- $500.00 after 320 billable hours recorded
Program Rules
- Candidates must interview for and accept an offer of employment with e&e within 6 months of e&e’s receipt of the referral.
- Candidates must not currently be employed, or previously employed within the past 12 months by e&e.
- Individuals who have applied directly for employment with e&e or have been in contact with a recruiter from e&e in the last 12 months are not eligible.
- Individuals who are represented by a third-party recruiter are not eligible.
- Due to possible conflict of interest issues, employees of government entities or individuals prohibited by their employer from receiving such referral payments are not eligible to participate in this program.
- The first referring a candidate will be the only one eligible for payment.
- Only candidates who meet the essential qualifications for the position will be considered.
- All candidates will be evaluated for employment consistent with company policies and procedures.
- All information regarding the hiring decision will remain strictly confidential.
- Any disputes or interpretations of this employee referral program will be handled through Human Resources.
