Linda and Tracy Etter founded and incorporated e&e IT Consulting Services, Inc. (e&e) as a women-owned business in 2002. e&e initially provided quality information technology consulting and staffing services in Central PA and the surrounding areas. e&e has since expanded operations and currently has offices in Mechanicsburg, PA, Bethesda, MD, and Tallahassee, FL. e&e’s dedicated employee base differentiates its services from its competitors. e&e is passionate about knowing its clients, knowing its candidates, and making the most optimal match between the two.
