Kayla joined the team as a technical recruiter in September of 2021, bringing with her a strong background in workforce development and case management. Prior to her joining the team at e&e, Kayla worked as a Career Advisor for state and federal programs assisting unemployed and underemployed individuals to secure employment with a focus in the IT, healthcare, manufacturing, construction, and transportation fields. Kayla is inspired by enriching the lives of others and helping them reach their maximum potential. She is passionate about the relationships that she builds and meeting the needs of both the candidate and client. Outside of work Kayla enjoys traveling, interior design, DIY projects and spending time with her husband and daughter.
